For many of us, it's can be challenging to say no to others. We may feel like we are disappointing them, or that we are being difficult by not complying with their requests.

But we need to realize that our time, effort and focus are valuable are non refundable, so we must use them wisely. We must learn to say No To Good so we can say Yes To Great.

Here are some ways to say No more effectively to build better understanding and relationships while encouraging love and cooperation.

  • I would if I could, but I have a deadline this afternoon.

  • I would love to help, but I am juggling a lot of things right now.

  • I am not comfortable doing that. Is there another way I can help you ?

  • Now isn’t a good time for me. I’ll let you know when my schedule frees up.

  • This doesn’t seem like a healthy decision for me. I will have to decline.

  • This doesn’t feel right. I will have to pass on your offer.

  • I don’t feel comfortable with you asking me to do that.

  • I changed my mind. I can no longer help you. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

  • I am a little low on cash right now. Can we do something that’s free ?
